SOLEIL MX Beamlines

PROXIMA 1 is one of two beamlines for MX at SOLEIL, specialising in anomalous phasing and measurement of diffraction from crystals with large unit cell dimensions. Features of the beamline include

• Flexible 3 axis goniometer with data collection around phi or omega, large alpha angle and large range of kappa angle.
• PILATUS 6M detector for rapid, shutterless and very low noise data collection.
• CATS robot using UniPUCK, with a Dewar containing 3 UniPUCKS.
• Semi automatic data analysis with XDSME.
