Task 10.3

Task 10.3 User orientated networking activities at TID centres

The aim of this task is to offer user-orientated and integrated networking activities focussed on training, information and dissemination at four non-TNA facility sites, allowing dissemination to parts of the community where TNA sites may be difficult to access. For this purpose, four Training Information Dissemination (TID) Centres have been established within Europe to provide decentralised training and dissemination of information to users. The centres are:

1. ITQB, Lisbon, Portugal for Southwest Europe

2. Univeristy of Oulu, Finland for North Europe

3. Weizmann Institute, Israel for Southeast Europe

4. The Institute of Enzymology, Budapest, Hungary for Central Eastern Europe

Two events are planned at each centre over the duration of the project.
